Getting an Error message? Rest assured we have seen it before and we are here to help. Here are some common questions.
1. What are the Customer Service hours?
Answer: Customer Service hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday.
2. How do I change my password?
Answer: You may change your PASS Web password by clicking on Change Password from the menu on the left side of your
program. You may also reset your password by clicking on "Forgot My Password" on the PASS Web login screen. The
password reset will be sent to the email on file for your database.
3. What should I do if I get an error message?
Answer: If you receive an error message on your computer, please call ADE Incorporated at 1-800-334-1918, Monday
through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). ADE also provides Live Support assistance during these times by visiting
www.adeincorp.com and clicking on the Live Support icon. You may also email your questions to support@adeincorp.com.
We respond to email inquiries during the above listed times also.
4. Why is the font on my Assessment Report so small?
Answer: If your Assessment is coming out with small print Click here to download and install the fix. A computer Reboot is required after running the installation.

5. Help! My computer crashed! Did I lose all my data?
Answer: If you are using the PASS Web software, you will not lose your data if your computer should crash.
Data is housed on a secure server, to avoid loss of data in the event of a computer crash.
