SALCE (Substance Abuse Life Circumstance Evaluation)

ADE Incorporated's SALCE assessment is a 98-question, adult substance abuse evaluation. This instrument measures the respondent's test taking atttitude, a measure of how appropriate responses are to survey items. The SALCE may be used as a basis for a personal interview, a psycho-social evaluation or a referral.

The SALCE instrument is easy to administer and provides accurate information in a matter of minutes. The SALCE addresses the following areas of concern:

• Alcohol and other drug use based on DSM-IV and ASAM Guidelines
• Attitudes and life stress
